Yahoo writes: Eat healthy. Your immune system will be boosted by a diet that gets enough protein through beans, lentils and fish. Oily fish, nuts and seeds will give you essential fats, which are also good for you. Try to get five portions of fruit and vegetables, and include whole grain foods like brown rice in your diet. Stay away from refined foods. Tom Smith answers: (The Guardian Magazine, 2010) My teenage daughter refuses to drink water. What can I do?
Dr Tom Smith: Yes, you should let it go. As long as your daughter is taking in enough fluid to keep her well - and she seems to be doing that - it doesn't really matter that the fluid isn't in the form of plain water. If you try to persuade her otherwise, you risk stirring up arguments about it, or accusations of interfering in her life, neither of which you want. She is sixteen, after all, so is old enough to make up her own mind (legally at least) about what she should and shouldn't drink. So leave it be. Don't bother mentioning, and she should eventually settle into normal routine.
a recipe by Danny Millar, Balloo Killinchy, Northern Ireland (2010) Danny Millar is head chef at Balloo House, 1 Comber Road, Killinchy, Newtownards, Northern Ireland - balloohouse.com Armagh Bramley Apple and Blackberry Crumble Crumble is homely food at its best. This is great with custard, ice-cream or both. Serves four.
Ingredients
3 large Bramley apples 30g butter 150 g caster sugar a pinch of cinnamon 80g fresh blackberries Juice of half a lemon for the topping:
Heat the oven to 180C/350 Fahrenheit/gas mark 4. Peel, core and cut the apples into 5mm-thick slices, and sauté in butter. Add the sugar and the cinnamon and stir until the apples are just cooked. Gently stir in the berries and lemon juice. For the topping, rub the butter into the flour, sugars and zest until crumbly, then add the nuts. Spoon the fruit mix into a shallow dish, sprinkle on the topping so it covers everything, and bake for 20 minutes, until light golden brown.

Lebensmittel. FAIRTRADE Produkte kaufen Recette Canapés aux avocats Senegal http://senegalie.wifeo.com/recette-cuisine-senegal.php

Ingredience: 2 vejce, 1
zachytíme (je to jednoduché). Tímto způsobem se zaručeně nepotrhá.
Hotové palačinky potíráme marmeládou a zdobíme např. šlehačkou, ovocem
atd.
Restaurant review by Michael McCready La Scala Bistro - Stormont Hotel, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast Isn't it great when you head somewhere that you never really thought about and it turns out to be superb? Well that happened to me at the weekend when I visited the Scala Bistro at the Stormont Hotel on the Upper Newtownards Road. I'm not too familiar with east Belfast but I made my way in and was immediately struck by the beautiful style of the place. It really looks spotless and the layout was something else - with the massive window, open-plan kitchen and unique lighting. One of the friendly family staff led us to our table and presented us with our menus. We ordered our drinks and had a look down the extensive menu. There really is something for everyone's tastes. Once we decided what we were going for, a waiter was on hand to take our order. My wife went for the Kilkeel scampi which is local prawns in a Guinness batter served with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce. I chose the signature bacon and lentil soup which was served with a Fivemiletown cheese and onion scone. The presentation of the scampi was a sight to behold. It was presented to my wife in what looks like newspaper cone and the chips came out in a small grill. It really added a special touch. On top of that, it was delicious, as I can testify. I'm not a big fish fan but after my wife urged me to try some I was left wanting more. My soup was also very tasty and I made quick work of it. As for our mains, my wife plumped for the Organic Irish shorthorn beef filet while I went for the roast Irish free range half chicken which was marinated and grilled, srved with Rosemary mash. My wife was really pleased with her choice and thought the filet was extremely delicious. My chicken was also very good, nice and moist to get the taste buds going. I was extremely impressed by my eating experience at the Scala Bistro. The setting was superb, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the food was delicious and the presentation of it was an extra special touch. restaurant - Bill of Fayre - Soup £ 5, Kilkeel scampi £6, Beef Fillet £20 Roast half chicken £ 11, Glass of Wine £ 5, soft drink: £ 1.20 Total: £48.20
